Cute sports bar in Lake Mary. Lots of TVs so it would be a great place for football Sunday, especially if you have friends who are fans of different teams like I do. The food was all good and fresh. The pretzel bread appetizer and cheese dip was a huge portion and delicious. I ordered the lamb burger which is very flavorful with the tzatziki and olive tapenade. Fries needed a little salt but no big deal. I was disappointed with the Dragonberry Punch cocktail. The person I was with referred to it was diabetes in a cup, which was extremely accurate! We powered through it and moved on to other beverages. Stay away! If you go for dessert...fried cheesecake. It is crispy and wonderful and served with salted caramel ice cream (which melts quickly haha). Make sure you're sharing with at least 3 other people though! For $8 you get a ridiculous amount of goodness. We left in a good coma. I was miserable and happy all at the same time. I will eat less next time haha but all the food was great!

We love this place. Whether it's for a couple cocktails or lunch/dinner it's a great atmosphere. We have had a lot of what's on their menu and it's ALWAYS good. Their jalapeño poppers, burgers, salads, pulled pork egg rolls, ahi tuna are some of our favorites...oh and of course, their drinks are always good.

I am a regular and know the menu very well. This restaurant needs to either keep their cooks or train them how to cook to the recipes. We had wings that were burnt and two entrees that had no resemblance to our previous visits when we ate the same entrees. Please fix the kitchen so we can continue to eat here. #4thstreetgrilllakemary

I met some girlfriends for lunch today and we opted to try this place. I've heard mixed things about it and was excited to try somewhere new. (I'd been once before but only for drinks). I was surprised - they had a huge menu! Tons of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, salads and a lunch combos. I had the Hawaiian chicken sandwich (grilled chicken with pineapple and teriyaki sauce) and instead of fries I got 1/2 spinach salad. Both were excellent! We also shared the fried pickles appetizer and they were good too! The service was excellent. The price was a little high nearly $14 for just the sandwich - I had water.

I was there last Sunday afternoon, about 5:15...knew they had a Bloody Mary special so went for that. Was seated outside where I has asked to be seated, nice friendly hostess, but she was never seen on the patio after that. The table next to me had the remains from the people beforehand. It took about 5 minutes for someone to get my order and other than bringing my drink and maybe a few minutes after that was never approached again. I was watching a couple of sporting events so was in no hurry to leave....but during the course of the next 55 minutes I was not approached again. I was able to witness a squirrel jumping on the dirty table with the leftovers still on it and taking food from the table and eating it on the ground next to me. In the entire time I was there this table was NEVER cleaned off, disgusting. I also witnessed a server walking from a table, which I assume was in her station, with one pint glass in hand, PAST two other tables which needed to be cleared and not even stopping to pick up anything. Witnessed the person who had taken my order drop a fork inside the door, which was still there in the same place 30 minutes later when I left, I kicked it out of the way, but wasn't about to pick it up for the lazy employees. I was NEVER asked, in almost an hour if I would like something to eat or if I would like another drink. I left $5 on the table, special BM price supposedly $4 so if there was tax then the server got more than he deserved for a tip. I have been in the business 30+ years and have never experienced the lack of professionalism and helping out one another as far as clearing tables or do what needs to be done to provide the CUSTOMER with the best experience. Sorry guys....it's not all about YOU, it's supposed to be about the CUSTOMER so if your tips suck, look in the mirror and you will know why. I had been there when I first moved back to town a couple of months ago and obviously it's not a place that inspires return customers.....WAKE UP...get better servers, probably need to start with better managers, some that might actually be visible.

First time here.. The beer selection is decent and the decor is comfortable.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the 4th St appetizer platter; it was ok, but not phenomenal. The lamb burger was absolutely awesome though! The Hawaiian Chicken was good too.. Between friendly service, good prices and good food, we will definitely be back!

went there for the first time. place wasn't busy but somehow we waited 15 mins without anyone come to our table after we were seated. I ordered shrimp and grits, my husband ordered chicken and waffle which they no longer have. So he got the lamb burger instead. Food was ok, I liked the lamb Burger better than my shrimp and grits, the lamb was pretty nicely grilled, flavor was on point. However my grits was rather lumpy, the BBQ sauce tasted a little out of place with the dish. I give this place 3 star becauce you can't give two and half stars, and I don't think it's a bad place for a beer and a burger after work.

Why oh why doesn't Waterford Lakes have a place like this? -staff was friendly and attentive. - happy hour specials included $2.25 draft American beers, including Yengling Light. Considering the sodas and ice teas are $2.99 each, this is a good deal. -we started with the Buffalo chicken eggrolls. This $10 appetizer consisted of three decently sized egg rolls split in half lengthwise. Inside the egg rolls was nothing but cut up grilled chicken and Buffalo sauce. There was no cabbage or other fillers to take away from the meat. They were served on a bed of lettuce stirred up with a homemade ranch sauce. I grabbed this lettuce and ate it is a salad, but that would've been rude and awkward with anyone but my immediate family. It was served with a side of homemade ranch dressing that tested excellent. -I ordered the steak wrap, and substituted onion rings. The steak was very well seasoned, and was mixed with I think provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and some type of excellent tasting sauce wrapped up in a tortilla. As an added bonus, the wrap had been grilled so the tortilla was hot and had a little bit of the grill marks. The onion rings were very good, but may have come straight from a freezer bag. -my table also ordered the down and dirty BLT. What made the sandwich unusual was the substitution of fried green tomato instead of the normal tomato, as well as a pimentos cheese spread. The bread was grilled and had the external appearance of a grilled cheese or Texas toast. The sandwich was cut in half, and each half was almost the size of a typical piece of wonder bread. It cost about one dollar to upgrade the french fries from macaroni and cheese, but it was well worth it. The side of macaroni and cheese was in a small bowl, about the size of a kids entree portion of mac & cheese. The cheese sauce tasted homemade and was very rich, and the corkscrew macaroni was fairly large diameter. Some of the noodles were a few inches long, consisting of two or three coils of the corkscrew. -in between the large appetizer and our entrées, I had enough left over for one meal and my wife had enough left over for almost 2. -they had several several other interesting options on the menu, but I forget what they are. I do know that I will definitely be coming back to try them!

Our favorite spot in Lake Mary. They have great live music on the patio often, and lots of TV's to watch the games. I have yet to order anything bad off the menu. Get the pretzel with pimento cheese dip, it's amazing!

Came here on a Friday afternoon and the place was not empty at all but not busy either. From what I have heard this is a popular place around Lake Mary and I see why,the food choice are wide and they have outside sitting and indoor also they have a full bar. The staff is friendly and we were greeted and seated right away and got our waitress to come a little after but not immediately like most places. I order the buffalo chicken salad witch the portion is not bad for the price about average for any place, the chicken comes grilled or fried I ordered grilled and it is dipped in Buffalo sauce. The salad comes with tomatoes, cucumbers chopped very very small and blue cheese . The salad was ok but not the best why? The portion was fine the chicken was delicious in the buffalo sauce but the cheese was too strong over powering they taste of everything else in the salad, the cucumbers were chopped so small I could barely see them or tasted them and I'm all my salads to make the salad taste better I like the piece of vegetables large specially my favorite witch is cucumber. The tomatoes were also chopped small even though I am not huge on tomatoes and they should have onions on the salad because if it did it was probably chopped so small I needed a glasses to see it. Salad was good prices are ok not cheap but in between the experience over all was good and our waitress was nice but she disappear for a while and I was waiting to get refills on my water. There choices of desserts are good they even have fried cheesecake and for appetizers fried pickles or fried tomatoes also I am not sure why a business like This has Cuban sandwiches in their menu but they do. Overall as my first time here I give this business three stars because also when we came in we were told there was a party coming in ONE hour to take the outside patio...it seems were in convenience to them like they did not want us to sit outside when I do not need to know there is a party in one hour as we are paying guest too so we just ate inside witch was cold but we were so hungry we just wanted to hurry up and eat, food did not take to long just my water refill. Will come back again to review it and see if it deserves more stars and a Better review.

Mmm mm good! Really creative and original menu ideas and reasonably priced. For appetizers we got the BBQ pork egg rolls and my entree was the Turkey Bacon Florentine. So tasty and very generous portions. I wish they had one of these in Illinois! !

We came here for brunch about 8 mo ago and loved it. Sat on the patio, had good service and really enjoyed mimosas, beer, a chicken wrap and fish tacos. Raved about the place. Have since been back 5 times. The food has never been more than average, the inside bar & restaurant are unnecessarily loud (especially upon opening on the weekend when no one is in there) but other than our most recent visit, the service has been very good. We've tried all the wraps which fill you up but are unremarkable. Same with the wings and the pork egg roll appetizer. Even the dinner salads. All unremarkable. So while we enjoy the patio and really wanted to love this place, we've concluded we probably won't go back again. If they leveled the noise on the inside and improved the quality of the food, we'd be back. It's turning into a plain old sports bar.

I was recommended to come to 4th street grill by my mother-in-law. She gave the food a great review and really liked this establishment. My husband and I had a very different experience when we went. Upon arriving we were seated immediately with no wait. We waited for an extended period of time at our seat before we were recognized by our waiter. We ordered the boneless buffalo wings as an appetizer, because they were on special, as well as the nachos. When these items came out they were sub-par. The nachos had a layer of toppings on the top later only and a massive amount of chips (with nothing on them) below. The wings were lacking in flavor. I ordered a Cuban sandwich for dinner. It was the worst Cuban sandwich that I've ever had. Bland, dripping with mayo and mustard, and just a big let down. The side of fries were fine. My husband got the Asian Pulled Pork Sandwich and the Sweet Potatoe Fries. He described the sandwich as 'acceptable but salty'. What really sucked here was the service. Our waiter disappeared after serving our food. My husband wanted to exchange the fries out for a different side because his were so terrible. They were chewy and cold. We waited for an extremely long time to the point where we all were awaiting refills on our drinks and still no waiter. He finally returned so that my husband could complain about the fries and after exchanging them without any issue he neglected to bring us refills. We had to wait for him to appear again before requesting them. Needless to say, we will not be returning here again.

Came here on Tuesday night for some food, drinks and trivia. All were a great success! They have Happy Hour prices during trivia, which is a bonus for sure. The food was reallygreat, the down and dirty BLT looked great but I opted for the regular BLT which was packed with crispy bacon and fresh veggies. The fries were cooked to perfection as well. The service waqs great, she came over several times to make sure all was going well. I see some other reviews complain about the service, so maybe they are aware and working on improving. This was not my first time here, and for sure won't be my last. It's a great place to go watch the games too, as they have TVs all throughout the bar.

We have dined here maybe a half-dozen times during the past two years and have never been disappointed in the food, service or general atmosphere. I can see that we are on our way to becoming loyal "regulars". People from out-of-town whom we've taken here have all given double-thumbs up, and have commented that they'd like to go to 4th Street Bar & Grill again during their next visit. Good job, boys & girls.....and thank you..... P.S. PLEASE stop tormenting me by showing 'Chicken and Waffles' on your menu. I keep wanting to try it, even though I know it actually is no longer offered (ha ha).

I had been several times in the past and was so disappointed. I swore I would not go back. Well I broke my vow and am I glad I did. It was excellent. So much so we went 2 days in a row. The Buffalo wrap was outstanding. You can't go wrong with the Won Ton Poppers either. For fun try the pretzels and the wings were a big thumbs up!!! We will be back.

This place was recommended to me by the good folks over at the bike shop next door. We were seated promptly and the staff was super awesome. Had the Grilled, Parmesean encrusted Salmon with a side of broccoli and sweet potato fries. Oh my, the Salmon was of the hook delicious. I'd this was Vegas, that Salmon would have easily been a $25 plate. But at $16, I felt I stole that dinner. Hats off to the owner for hiring this Chef. Dinner was top notch. Yuengling is on tap, and a friendly night in a nice little town.

Went for supper and a friends b-day party last night. Service was great, staff was pleasant, and professional. When asked about menu items they were knowledgable and helpful as this was our first time there. I ordered the breakfast burger, which was great as I followed the waitresses instructions and changed the cheese to pepper jack. Wife had fish and chips which she said were great, too. Don't miss the won ton poppers, they are delicious! A very nice evening, delightful staff and place, I will be back...

I went with a group of friends and we all had a great time. The seared Ahi was tasty, as was the down and dirty BLT with pimento cheese and a fried green tomato. Great place to watch a game a drink a cold one.

I was looking for something light for dinner while I was visiting Lake Mary and was not let down by the decision to stop here. I got the spinach salad (without blue cheese) and a side of sweet potato fries. My five-star review is mainly based on the fact that this was easily the best spinach/strawberry salad I've had to date, and seeing as that's my go-to, it's a hard title to earn. The sweet potato fries were quite good as well, as mentioned by other reviewers. If/when I'm in in Lake Mary again, I'll be sure to stop in for round two.

We were out bike riding for a couple hours and needed some food and soccer to watch. We decided to sit outside since we relatively sweaty lol. Service was awesome, Courtney was our waitress. She was super attentive and immediately hooked us up with double waters since we were parched. I ordered the fish tacos as lettuce wraps with sweet potatoes fries (no up charge). I loved the sauce that came with the fries, I have no idea what it was I just know it was yum. My friend got a steak salad, it came with huge pieces of yummy juicy steak. We we're happy campers! Great affordable food, the fish tacos came with 3 tacos $9. The steak salad was $12 and didn't skimp on meat.

If you are looking for a place to meet people after work for a few drinks this is the place to go! The outdoor seating is really nice and they have a decent wine/beer/liquor selection (something for almost everyone). The food here is just okay. I have never had anything here that I would send back but also never anything worth recommending.

    (3)
  • David B.

Down sides: Can be a little loud. Beer selection is poor (and no list). Up sides: Portions and prices were excellent. Food is good. Service is decent. Decor is nice. Had the pulled pork eggrolls app. They were excellent and enormous. Steak salad & buffalo chicken wrap for entrees. All hit the spot! Would recommend, but warn to carefully choose between off-times vs game times to visit, as screens and noise can overwhelm (unless that's what you're looking for).

  • Jason D.

The service is awesome.. Been several times now, mainly to watch some football. The food is just as good as the atmosphere. Today I got the stuffalo sandwhich, two pieces of lightly fried chicken stuffed with blue cheese and covered in wing sauce. It was cooked perfectly and tasted even better. Other times being there, wings cooked perfectly (.59 on Sunday), a wide variety of burger choices. Lots of drink specials going on. Check them out, I will definitely be back. See you there

The restaurant has a central location in Lake Mary city hall square so it attracts traffic and that's how we found it. I think it has unprofessional people for waiters and in the kitchen and it is definitely not clean. We asked for bread and it came out cold but with black burnt stuff from the grill. We asked for replacement and it came again with a little bit less black stuff smeared on it. My salmon was ok but didn't come with the glaze and asked for it second time. The French fries with my salmon were soggy and cold - not good. The young waitress clearly was unprofessional in all regards. We had to ask her several times for everything. The restrooms were not clean and the tile and counter have black ugly grout lines. We will not return.

  • Steve S.

Don't go there for lunch. I took a friend and it was an embarrassment. The service was mediocre and the food was worse. I didn't like the menu items and they seemed incapable of creating something unique. Plus everything was way overpriced for a restaurant like this. I'll never go back.

    (1)
  • Mike B.

The food is terrible even for sports bar. Every time we come here the food quality declines from the time before. I'm still trying to figure out how they soaked a bun with so much grease. On the upside good sports bar energy.

Love this place... Been here several times and wings are awesome...grilled hot garlic parm ranch flavored was awesome...wife had excellent burger and the kids Mac n cheese was tasty .... Friendly service and nice ambiance

Had some wings and a burger. Both were amazing. But what really blew me away was the service. We sat at the bar and had a great time. I will def be back. Almost forgot to mention they had a great selection of seasonal beers as well!

  • Thomas L.

This is an okay bar/grille. It's nothing amazing. I asked for the South of the Border but with the vegi burger instead of beef...it was missing the cheese that is supposed to be on it. The side of sweet potato fries were over cooked. Soggy/soft fries are never a good thing. Others in my party had the fish tacos and they looked really wet. I don't know that I want my tacos soggy. As far as the service goes, very friendly...but it took close the 45 minutes for wings, vegi burger, and 2 orders of fish tacos to be prepared and delivered. Also, the sit-down side is extremely cold. Bring a jacket if you get cold easily. 12 AC vents and 3 handlers to cover roughly 16 tables. Brrrr. As for atmosphere it's rather nice inside. Plenty of tv's and wall decor. It's loud, if you're looking for an environment to hold a conversation, this isn't the place to go! May have just been the 2 3-tops pushed together with the overly drunk group who were hooting and hollering at the top of their lungs. And the bartenders just keep the liquor flowing. Hopefully they call a cab after letting this group drink as much as they have. Overall, it was an okay experience...and was glad to be leaving by the time I was done.

I've been here two times now with my girlfriend and we have had excellent service and delicious food each time. They have reasonable prices and a large menu to choose from. Happy hour is Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm. Great deals. Excellent place to eat! Try the wings!!

This place was mediocre at best. My parents suggested we all go there for dinner. I ordered the fish tacos which were meh - a little fishy and a little runny. Speaking of runny, the broccoli I had on the side was overboiled and swimming in water. My wife had a breakfast burger, which was slightly overcooked and not very full of flavor. They forgot to switch the cheese out for her, but they did give a discount on the meal for the oversight. She also enjoy the mushroom risotto on the side. My parents had a cuban, which was probably the best if a bit too greasy, and a chicken wrap, which was basic but not terrible. The sweet potato fries were cooked well, but too sweet for me. The decor and atmosphere was good, but nothing special. The prices were a bit high for the lackluster quality of food. The speed of service was slow, and it wasn't the dinner rush. The beer selection is sorely lacking and the prices are too high ($4.50 for a shocktop?). It does seem like they have decent drink specials for the lower quality beverages if you're there at happy hour, and everyone was friendly enough. The dining room felt clean enough, but the bathrooms, and especially the sink area, could really use more scrubbing. I don't feel the need to ever go back again.

Tried there for the first time with my boyfriend last night. The wings are Amazing! It was so fresh and juicy. The sauce for the sweet potato fries are really good. I finally fried the fried pickles for the first time with some kind of horseradish sauce. It taste pretty good. I would definitely try this place again. Our waitress Anni was really nice and she explained to us and help us out a lot. She recommend us the Carolina Gold. At first I was hesitated a little because there's mustard in it. Since my boyfriend like mustard so we ordered it. Anni was right. The Carolina Gold was really good. I will definitely come back again.

This is a fun atmosphere all the food was was good. The variety of the sauces made the food pop. We had all appetizers so we didn't have any of the main dishes. But the tables around us did al everything was presented very well. We will be back to try more.

My wife and I go here every once in a while. Consistently good food. I like that they have a good beer selection on tap, not just nasty watered down mainstream garbage. Plenty of IPA's and craft brews to pair with your food. We always get their wonton poppers. They're a neat twist on jalapeno poppers. Wonton wrapped, cream cheese and jalapeno stuffed with a sweet chili dipping sauce. My wife loves their burgers, and I can't stop ordered their stuffalo. It's a massive sandwich comprised of two deep fried chicken breasts, and a creamy bleu cheese spread between the two. There is buffalo sauce on top as well. It is awesome!

As with all of my reviews, I am writing this and comparing it to similar establishments. I got the Breakfast burger and it was pretty good..It was missing a sweet sauce. Place is clean and it is very good sports bar food! Love the outside patio for those who want to "escape" the game and enjoy a nice fire.

This visit would be our 3rd time here as we love to support local restaurants. Even with our previous visits being only alright, we decided to give it another shot. We ordered 1 app and an entrée to share, even though we ordered them at the same time, we specifically asked that our app be brought out first. The app took over 40 mins and our entree arrived before our app did and it was cold. Even with this poor service the manager did not come out to our table to check on us and see how we were doing. This experience was very disappointing yet again.

  • Rex W.

One of the nicer bars in the area for sure... the spacious layout coupled with plenty of tv's makes it a great place to watch the game or hang out for happy hour. The outside patio is a nice touch, especially since it's covered. A diverse menu with friendly service make for a great night out no matter the occassion.

Still not impressed after about six trips at different times. Think they just can't figure out their niche or demographic, food has been inconsistent and service has been iffy. Since I'm local, I keep hoping they'll turn it around to draw me and friends back again and again.

After reading the reviews about the food, I was a tad hesitant to go here, BUT knowing that it's a new place, I figured I'd give it a chance at least. I was not disappointed. This is def a higher end sports bar. There are a ton of TVs, even in the dinning room away from the bar, so you don't have to feel like you must sit at the bar, I like that! There's a lot of space which is also nice because you don't feel like you're cramped like usual sports bars. The food... was good. I had the Lamb burger and its was tasty. I got it cooked to the chefs preference and albeit was a tad rare, it was still super tasty. The french fries are very good as well, but I didn't like their ketchup. I think it's home made and well, this girl likes her Heinz 57. 57 flavors...you just can't compete...sorry! We are already planning our next trip there, so, apparently we like it. There's also a cute little patio area to the side that has a nice fire place to keep you toasty. I asked if they will be having a brunch menu and they said "soon, still working the kinks out". Which is typical for a new place.

I went there with my mom and brother on the suggestion of a friend. We started out with the tuna appetizer. The tuna was a bit fishy but the ginger cabbage on the side was tasty. We all decided to have different entrees. My brother went with the bistro burger with fries. The burger was okay, the fries were very salty. I decided on the blackened mahi with mushroom risotto and seasonal veggies. The fish was so salty it was almost inedible. The mushroom risotto was more like Parmesan soup with risotto sprinkled in for texture. I found, in the whole bowl, there were only two mushrooms. My mom went with a summer style salad and added blackened chicken. Out of all of our dishes, the salad was the best. They use way too much salt on items. I will likely not go back there to eat, but the bar and outside patio seem like a nice place to grab a drink.

Get the veggie burger, it may fall apart but it's the most amazing thing on the menu and I'm not a vegetarian. They also have a great outdoor patio to enjoy the sunshine.

We had the crab fritters to start. Even though they say they have jalapeños in them we didn't see any. They were bland and mushy. Next we had the original wings. We were told they were smoked and then fried. They were not smoked and the oil must have not been hot enough as they were not crispy like we were told. After the 2 appetizers we decided to go elsewhere for dinner. Very disappointed.
